Mawa Collective, an adventure company, recently achieved significant milestones needed to organize a team retreat for Memorial Day Weekend.

With limited time on their hands, Mawa Collective partnered with Afterwork to facilitate the entire retreat planning process.

We assisted the team in brainstorming and conceptualizing the ideal outcomes, activity options, and other essential elements to create a successful and memorable team retreat. We proposed a range of activities designed to foster team bonding, relaxation, and self-reflection.
