Redis, Relevance AI, and Essence VC,  along with the MLOps Community hosted an all-day dynamic hackathon for boundless potential of LLM-powered applications. This was during SF tech week, which had its fair share of events (300+ events in one week) and the organizers were limited on time and effort to take charge for the hackathon's logistics.

While participants were focused on designing inventive LLM Stacks, we had to ensure they're well taken care of.

And guess what? The attendees couldn't stop raving about how it was the best hackathon they had ever attended!

Challenges and Goals:

1. Coordination: We had to coordinate all the moving parts, from managing the logistics to keeping everything on schedule. We wanted to ensure a seamless experience for everyone involved.

With breakfast, three snack breaks, a mouthwatering lunch, a dinner buffet, and a happy hour, we knew we had our work cut out for us.
